Competent travel agent. Really great service. We were very happy with Sarah as she focused on our individual wishes and patiently helped us piecing things together with. Rather than selling us finished packages. She is surely capable of that, too. But for us it was important to have someone flexible on all aspects. Ever single experience we booked via her turned out to be a highlight of our trip. She has a great network going, which is a big value in the huge variety of Operators and offers one can come across when approaching a trip through Uganda. Communication was always fast and on point. We can only recommend her!

Outstanding Communication and Service for a Reasonable Price We enjoyed our trip so much! Sarah and her team were so kind and helpful. Our adventure in Africa took us to 4 countries and we used several companies for our various safari and trekking experiences. Jungle Escape provided AMAZING service and we had experiences we'll never forget. All of our connections and transfers went perfectly and communication from Sarah and the various guides and drivers was outstanding. The gorilla trekking was the crown jewel of a lifetime and everything went perfectly. Of course nobody controls the gorillas and we were fortunate they cooperated but all of the working parts were executed perfectly by the Jungle Escape staff. We also went on safari on in Queen Elizabeth National Park and had a wonderful time.
