3 Days Chimpanzee Trekking Kibale Forest safari takes you Kibale Forest national park that covers 766 square kilometres of moist evergreen rain-forest. It is home to a variety of wildlife especially primates. There is a big population of Chimpanzees including some groups that have been habituated for the great Chimpanzee tracking experience
Day 1 – Kampala – Kibale National Park
Pick up from the hotel in Kampala is at 8am after early breakfast. Travel westwards to Kibale, making a stopover in Fort Portal town for lunch break. Thereafter proceed to Kibale National Park and check in at your accommodation for dinner and overnight.
Day 2 – Chimpanzee Tracking Kibale in Uganda
Have early breakfast and then transfer to the park offices for briefing before entering the forest to. After a memorable one hour encounter with the Chimps, return and transfer to the hotel for lunch and relaxation. Later set out for a nature walk in the Bigodi Wetlands near the forest. There are plenty of monkeys, birds, and butterflies. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 3 – Kibale – Kampala
After breakfast check out and drive back to Kampala.
